1.  Do you accept telephone or e-mail orders?

All orders must be submitted by utilizing our online store.


 

2.  Do You ship First Class International?

 All international orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.


 

 

3.  Can I cancel an order or can items be added to an existing order?

Please contact us at info@claudieshairrevitalizer.com, within 24 hours of placing an order to cancel an order.  Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of placing an order. 

 

Please contact us within 24 hours at info@claudieshairrevitalizer.com to add or make changes to an existing orders.  Changes are limited to one time.  If products are added we will combine shipping.

Do you offer special discounts?  

Yes, we offer discounts for repeat customers, forum members, special promotions and sales.

What is your shipping time frame?

Due to the fact that products are made fresh by order, orders are shipped 5-10 business days after purchase.  Business days are Monday-Friday, holidays, and weekends are excluded.  In the event of a sale or holiday the processing time is 7-14 business days.

Are your products consistent?

We strive for perfection, but somethings are out of our control.  Although we order from the same suppliers.  Products are handmade, and raw ingredients varies by batch. Therefore, at times there can be variation in consistency, smell of the products.  However, it will not affect the efficacy of the products. The ingredients of each product are never changed, and we are consistent with the percentage of each ingredient we use in each of our formulations.

Do you utilize USPS flat rate shipment?

We strive to make shipping cost affordable for our customers. Our shipping cart features real time shipping.  We utilize flat rate shipping when appropriate to make shipping less expensive.

Do you accept Collect On Delivery (COD) orders, or do you have a buy now pay later plan?

Claudie's Hair Revilatizer, LLC do not accept COD orders.  Claudie's Hair Revitalizer offers Bill Me Later.  A charge system by Comenity Capital Bank, and is available at check out.  The application and approval process is quick with low monthly payments.

How is the shipping charge calculated?

As of 2/16/2017 Flat Rate shipping cost was implemented.   First Class Mail upto 13 ounces is $3.95.  Priority Mail within the 48 Contiguous States is $9.00
