As of August 19, 2012 Claudie's Hair Revitalizer will no longer, be accepting credit cards as a method of payment via our website.  We are now utilizing PayPal to process payments. This decision was made, due

to the astronomical fees we have been paying per credit card transaction.   

 

Claudie's Hair Revitalizer has partnered with Comenity Capital Bank, in order to order to offer Bill Me Later a charge system.  The application and approval process is a quick process.  Bill Me Later application is integrated on our website.  Please select Bill Me Later during check out, and complete the application.  The monthly payment for Bill Me Later is low.

 

Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC accepts credit cards, debit cards, and e-checks.  PayPal is our processing gateway for paymentsOrders paid with an e-check will ship when

payment clears.

 

Refunds:  Due to the nature of our business and product are made by order, all sales are final with one exception.

 

1) Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC will refund, exchange, replace product/products due to our error.  Product/products must be returned to Claudie's Hair Revitalizer.  Please contact us at info@claudieshairrevitalizer.com, within 48 hours after receiving your package.  You will be reimbursed the cost of reshipment, after we receive the product/products.

 

2) Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC will not exchange, refund, or replace products.  Because the product/products does not perform to your expectations, you ordered the wrong product/products.  We are aware that all products do not work for everyone.  We will not refund, replace or exchange; because you do not like a fragrance, texture.  All of our products are available for purchase without fragrance.  Jars and bottles are filled to the top.  We utilize a process to ensure that air is not trapped in bottles/jars when filling.  Products will settle during shipment.  Therefore, we will no longer replace products, because a bottle or jar is not filled to the top. 

 

Mailing Address:  Please be sure that your mailing address is correct.  Claudie's Hair Revitalizer. LLC is not responsible, if an incorrect address is submitted with your order  If a package is returned to to us, we are not responsible for paying the shipping fee to reship the package.  Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee to reship a package.  If an order was placed with an

incorrect address, please e-mail us within 24 hours at  info@claudieshairrevitalizer.com and we will make the necessary corrections. 

Lost, Damaged, Or Stolen Packages:  Claudie’s Hair Revitalizer, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.  Once packages are shipped, and in the custody of The United States Postal Service we are not liable.  All packages are sent with Delivery Confirmation. Videograph is made of the packaging of each order from start to finish.  As of July 28, 2013 the USPS is offering $50.00 free insurance for Domestic Priority Mail shipments.  Customers are responsible for paying the additional insurance cost for Domestic Priority Mail shipment orders over $50.00.  Customers are required to purchase insurance, for purchases up to 13 oz and select  First Class shipment.  Claudie's Hair Revitalizer will NOT replace or refund, for First Class shipment that are lost, damaged, stolen, or false claims stating that we shipped an empty First Class envelope.  If a package is returned to us, we are not responsiblefor paying  to reship the package.  Customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee to reship a package.

International Orders:   International customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes, and any fees imposed by your country.  Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC is not responsible for fees accessed to you.  If you place an order and the package is undeliverable, or if you refuse to accept the package, the package will return to us.  Customers are responsible for paying to reship a package.  We are not liable and we will not issue refunds or replace orders.  Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC, is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Please purchase insurance to protect your investment.  We offer insurance for a nominal fee.

 

Tax:  Ohio residents are charged 7 % sales tax and will be calculated at checkout.

Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC is not liable and shall not be held responsible; for product/products that is/are not purchased from Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC or an authorized Claudie's Hair Revitalizer, LLC distributor.

At our sole discretion we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without an explanation. Once a refund is made, Claudie's Hair Revitalizer obligation end.  We will NOT disclose the reason/reasons why we refused service.
